The channel, titled “UR,” is set to debut on Wednesday. It will feature the 39-year-old, who currently captains both Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia and the Portuguese national team, discussing his “greatest passion”—soccer. According to the announcement, the channel will also delve into Ronaldo’s other interests, including family, wellness, nutrition, preparation, recovery, education, and business. Additionally, viewers can expect Ronaldo to engage in conversations with various guests.
“I am very happy to bring this project to life,” Cristiano Ronaldo said. “It has been on my mind for a long time, and now we finally have the opportunity to make it real. I’ve always enjoyed a strong relationship with fans on social media, and my YouTube channel will give me an even bigger platform to connect with them. Just 1 hour and 29 minutes after launching, Ronaldo’s new YouTube channel had already surpassed 1 million subscribers, making it the fastest channel in history to reach that milestone and adding yet another record to Ronaldo’s impressive list of achievements.
